Faq

How long does it take to get our photos?


The timeline for deliverables is typically:

6 to 8 weeks for weddings and events;

5 to 7 business days for portraits and engagement sessions.

Can we create a shot list?

It is highly recommended you share your vision and inspiration with the Photographer (yes, we want to see that Pinterest board) - even though a specific Wedding Timeline and Shot List will be tailored for you.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract, to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before your event date.

Are there any travel fees?

Yes. Transportation costs are not included and are billed separately.

Do you work alone or have an assistant?

The Photographer is usually accompanied by his Assistant. Each package description includes the number of team members. This will be further confirmed on the Wedding Timeline.

Do you offer albums or prints?

Yes. We offer additional digital and printed images. Send us a message to enquire.

Can we meet in person before booking?

While we don’t meet in person before booking, we offer virtual consultation sessions to ensure we’re a great fit. These sessions give us the chance to connect, discuss your vision, and review all the details. If your package includes an engagement session - or if you choose to add one - it’s also the perfect opportunity to meet the team in person and get comfortable before the big day.
